Should I eat prior to class?

Absolutely. Infrared heat is the softest of all heats and has been proven to be safe for all ages, no matter the fitness level. Infrared heat therapy is used in hospitals to keep premature babies warm. If you have major health concerns, consult our physician.

If you begin to feel overheated, lay on your back with arms and legs spread open (savasana). You are welcome to leave the class to cool off at anytime.
