Beginners yoga is a great class for students starting out in their practice or those wanting to perfect their movements. The teacher breaks down the fundamentals of poses to help you achieve body awareness and strengthen muscles.
Combing strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in our gently heated studio to help tone your body, increase cardio endurance and boost metabolism. Classes utilize hand weights, resistance bands, and other equipment.
Strength is an opportunity to build muscle while doing exercises targeted towards certain muscle groups.
Sculpt combines strengthening exercises with cardio and focuses on muscle group fatigue to tone and lengthen muscles.
Core Crusher is an hour of core focused cardio and exercises, leaving your abdominal muscles lean and feeling the burn.
“A squared” is an hour class focusing on strengthening and toning your abs &....booty 😉. Be ready to use dumbbells, your body weight, and cardio exercises to burn fat and leave abdominal and glute muscles feeling strong. Class will be heated to a moderate temperature.
Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice. All poses are done while on the ground and are held for time. It targets our deep connective tissues- ligaments, joints, and deep fascia. This class is lite by candlelight and the teacher embraces each student with mini massages.
This class is offered the third Friday of every month. Spa yoga is a "mini-retreat" type of experience. This class combines restorative yoga poses, mini massages, essential oils, and nature sounds to make a MAGICAL experience.
This hour long class is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout focusing on full body strengthing and toning. You will be doing high institute body weight exercises followed by short spirts of recovery time. This class will focus on keeping your heart rate up and boosting your metabolism. Class will be moderately heated.
Think cardio, plyometrics, squats, lunges, and abs. 30 min of cardio followed by 25 min of floor toning- planks, leg lifts, hip thrusts, butt burners, and core. You will work hard for 20-30 seconds with rests in between to allow the heart rate to come back down, only to do it again! This is a full body workout and toning!
In Buti, you can expect explosive movements, killer ab sequences, and lots of upbeat music-there's NOTHING dainty about this practice! Madeleine's excited to share the infectious energy of hoots, hollers, and bumpin tunes that come along with Buti!
